New FCC broadband definition takes the starch out of Comcast's case for TWC acquisition

Under the FCC's old definition of "broadband" at 4 Mbps or more, Big Telco and Big Cable could truthfully say that consumers have choices. At 25 Mbps, the monopoly is revealed.
